In response to COVID-19, we want to make you aware of our current operations. 

As a provider of essential products and services necessary to maintaining SCADA systems, safety, communications and security, we will maintain normal business hours. Technicians will be available to dispatch on essential services and we will continue to install new systems into your locations and vehicles deemed critical or essential.

For the safety of our customers and employees we have locked down our building. We are not currently hosting customers or vendors in our office, conference room or shop areas.

Order pickup is still available, please call us at 231-947-9851 prior to arrival or send an online request at

Equipment Pickup and Drop off options:

· We have established a secure pickup area with video surveillance where we can leave a package for pick-up, or you can drop off an item for repair.

· Call us upon your arrival, and we will  pick up you equipment requiring service or bring your order to your vehicle.

· Utilize shipping services or request a call tag to pick up your equipment for service.

Our current plan is to resume normal operations when it is suitable to do so. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and guidance from local and national authorities. The safety of our employees and customers remains our top priority. The Grand Traverse Mobile Communications team is committed to ensuring that we do what is best for you and will provide you with regular updates as appropriate.
